MINISTERIAL PHILOSOPHY

TO INSTILL VISION… in God’s people to win the lost for his kingdom (Pr. 29:18) “Where there is no VISION the people perish.”

TO EQUIP… the body for the “work of the ministry” based on Ephesians 4:11-13. This would mean a strong emphasis on Pentecostal preaching, teaching and training in discipleship.

TO LET GOD BE GOD… Miracles and gifts of the Holy Spirit should not be discouraged or discontinued from a meeting where it follows the scriptural order as outlined in
I Corinthians chapters 12 - 14.

FREEDOM TO WORSHIP GOD… there is a wind of praise and worship moving through the churches like never before. Congregations all over America are hungry to express their love to their Savior. Revival is coming to churches that know how to worship in freedom and liberty (II Corinthians 3:17)
“Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is LIBERTY.”

PRAYER…this is vital to the church’s survival and growth. I want to lead the way in my own life, personally, by committing quality time in intercessory prayer for the spiritual strongholds which bring a city into bondage.

COUNSELING… to give biblical guidance in the areas of: finances, moral and ethical issues also behavior, marital relationships, substance abuse . . . etc., with the purpose of reconciling people to Christ our Lord.

DISCIPLESHIP… I believe it’s been proven by many healthy, successful churches, that small support groups are essential to effective congregational development. Doing a program just to do it, isn’t good enough. We need to ask, “does it reach the different components which make up true discipleship, which makes for strong Christians and ultimately a strong church?”

MISSIONS… the heart beat of the 1st century church was missions and I think it still should be today. Primarily, because the missions of the church has not changed. We are still commanded by scripture to, “GO and preach the word in all nations.”

PRIORITIES… first God, second my wife and family, thirdly the people of God. We can no way fulfill this divine order without being led and empowered by God’s spirit.
